In a Mind your Movement class you focus on your body for an hour. It is like shining the light of attention on your body. In everyday life, people usually shine their lights on the activities they are involved in. When you train body awareness, you will eventually be able to keep some of your attention onto your body, no matter what you do! And that is the real goal of Mind your Movement: not only to be able to move easily in class, but to keep that relaxed feeling in daily life as well. It takes a lot of practice and then it is possible.
